JOB DUTIES: INDEPENDENTLY DESIGN USER INTERFACES FOR PROJECTS OR FEATURES, LEVERAGING WIREFRAMING, VISUAL DESIGN, AND PROTOTYPING, TESTING ASSUMPTIONS AND OUTCOMES, AND CONTINUOUSLY INCORPORATING FEEDBACK. UTILIZE CRITICAL SKILLS LIKE DESIGN THINKING, PROTOTYPING, AND GENERATIVE THINKING TO ESTABLISH IDEAS AND SOLUTIONS TO USER PROBLEMS. DEVELOP A DEEP UNDERSTANDING AND HIGH DEGREE OF EMPATHY FOR THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE BY DEFINING WHAT USER RESEARCH OR DATA IS NEEDED AND LEVERAGING QUANTITATIVE AND QUALITATIVE INSIGHTS TO INFLUENCE DECISION MAKING. COLLABORATE AND COMMUNICATE IDEAS WITH DEVELOPERS, DESIGNERS, AND PRODUCT MANAGERS TO GET WORK DONE. WORK EFFECTIVELY WITHIN A STRONG AND ESTABLISHED DESIGN SYSTEM AND DESIGN OWN BRAND COMPLIANT COMPONENTS.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN GRAPHIC DESIGN, COMMUNICATIONS, OR A CLOSELY RELATED FIELD.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: TWO (2) YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN UX / PRODUCT DESIGN WITH KNOWLEDGE OF DESIGN PROGRAM TOOLS SUCH AS FIGMA, SKETCH AND ADOBE; INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE INTERACTION DESIGN; VISUAL DESIGN AND PROTOTYPING.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: MUST PASS TECHNICAL INTERVIEW.
OFFERED WAGE: $136,100.00 - $181,400.00 PER YEAR
