Be a thinker, learner and tinker in the world of project management at LineVision, a fast-paced Climate tech startup!
We are seeking a motivated, growth mindset Project Management Co-op to join our dynamic and forward thinking Program Management Office (PMO) at LineVision. Impact company efficiency with hands-on experience in project planning to delivery via Agile methodologies. Work with industry-standard tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Google & MS Office. Gain knowledge alongside cross functional leads from PMO, Engineering, product and other teams. Collaborate to be a trusted partner across the company to enable streamlined processes and efficiency.
What will you do?
- Protect our knowledge asset by leading a project to establish a knowledge repository
- Improve operational efficiency by evaluating Atlassian tools in use today and facilitate efforts to mature their adoption across company
- Assist in planning, execution, monitoring and maintaining project artifacts
Skills and experience required to succeed in this role
- A shared passion to accelerate the clean energy transition
- Pursuing a undergrad/graduate degree in a scientific or engineering discipline
- This candidate is expected to have professionalism, time management, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with project management/methodology knowledge or engineering management or supply chain with documentation.
- Collaborator and able to work in teams with an innovative mindset to thrive
Work Schedule: This position term runs September 3 - December 20, 2024, working 40 hours a week. LineVision has a standard US holiday schedule, and up to a week of additional unpaid time off is permissible. Upon successful internship or co-op completion, you will be considered for a full-time position upon graduation.
Compensation: $20 per hour

Our HQ is located in a state-of-the-art facility converted from the famous Schrafft’s Candy Factory. The office is located in Charlestown, near public transit, with multiple bus/train connections nearby & regular shuttles to and from transit. Our office overlooks a wide vista of the Mystic River.
