As a key player on the team, you’ll utilize your strong project management skills and change management experience to drive product proficiency across our customers, partners, and employees by developing and managing launch readiness plans to ensure the right educational offerings are delivered to the right audiences when changes happen in Toast products. You’ll work closely with partners across Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Onboarding, and Education to equip our customers and Toasters with the knowledge needed to maximize the value of Toast products at any point in the customer journey.


About this roll* (Responsibilities) 

  • Develop, manage, and execute launch readiness plans to ensure customers and Toasters have the right awareness, knowledge, and ability to thrive as existing products evolve and new products are brought to market.
  • Partner with leadership and teams across Toast Education, Customer Success, Customer Onboarding, Marketing, and Product to scope and prioritize changes, identify impacts to internal teams and customers, gather insights, and design a plan to deliver education while optimizing customer experience
  • Guide a team of cross-functional stakeholders to success by driving timelines, managing and mitigating risks, and communicating updates horizontally and vertically.
  • Define and measure the success of projects. Identify the right data to collect, execute measurement strategies, synthesize insights, and apply those insights to continuously improve.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities and deadlines inspire you to find creative and innovative solutions to business problems.

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

  • 5+ years experience in Enablement/Education, Project Management, Consulting, or Product Management in a fast-paced, high-growth, and high-output environment
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, deliverables, and competing priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a track record of success.
  • Ability to analyze requests and recommend the right solutions for complicated business needs. Excel at gaining buy-in across multiple departments. Keen ability to showcase the impact of your work upon completion. 
  • Strong analytical thinker and problem solver, who always applies a customer-first approach.
  • Excels at teamwork and collaboration. You are a strong listener who can take in multiple perspectives and develop your own informed opinion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content depending on the audience.
  • Detail oriented and organized with a bias for action - you know how to get stuff done.
  • Demonstrated understanding of bringing products to market, including fluency in methods like Agile and customer-driven product development.

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.

$83,000$133,000 USD
