Nasuni is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to lead and scale our go-to-market strategy for the Eastern U.S., spanning Commercial, Enterprise, and Strategic customer segments. This high-impact role owns the development and execution of regional marketing programs designed to fuel net-new pipeline growth, accelerate customer expansion, and strengthen alignment across Sales, SDR, Channel, Alliances, and Post-Sales teams.

As the strategic marketing partner to our Eastern sales leadership, you’ll drive territory-level planning, oversee field execution, and bring a data-driven approach to performance optimization. This role is ideal for someone who blends creativity with analytical rigor, has deep experience partnering with field teams, and is energized by driving measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead regional marketing strategy for the East—developing and owning quarterly plans that align with revenue targets and go-to-market priorities.
  • Architect and execute multi-channel programs that generate net-new pipeline, accelerate deal velocity, and support customer expansion.
  • Partner cross-functionally with:
    • Sales and Sales Leadership on territory planning, plays, and performance
    • SDRs to activate outbound motions and enhance conversion
    • Channel and Alliance Teams to drive joint partner campaigns and regional co-marketing
    • Customer Marketing and Account Management on lifecycle programs and advocacy efforts
    • Product and Content Marketing to localize narratives and campaigns for key verticals and personas
  • Serve as the strategic voice of the region in broader marketing planning and campaign development cycles.
  • Oversee field event strategy—including executive briefings, roundtables, trade shows, and regional sponsorships—ensuring alignment to target accounts and sales goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report on regional performance; deliver insights and recommendations to marketing and sales leadership.
  • Provide mentorship or guidance to junior marketers supporting the East region.
  • Travel to support key events, partner activations, and field engagements (~30%).

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or integrated campaigns, ideally in enterprise SaaS or infrastructure tech
  • Proven success building pipeline-generating programs aligned with territory goals and cross-functional GTM strategy
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buyer personas, vertical nuances, and what programs work across Commercial and Enterprise segments
  • Strategic planning mindset with an ability to translate sales goals into scalable marketing plays
  • Experience managing executive-level field programs and regional events
  • Excellent communicator and influencer—comfortable presenting to senior leadership and aligning cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Based on the East Coast, with the ability to travel as needed (~30%)

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
