To support this mission, Chewy is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to coordinate the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and critical initiatives across our Corporate Facilities (Hubs). Reporting to the Director of Facilities, this full-time role will help drive operational excellence, vendor management, and workplace improvements that ensure a safe, efficient, and inspiring environment for our teams.
This position can be based at one of our four Corporate Hubs: Boston, MA; Plantation, FL; Minneapolis, MN; or Bellevue, WA.
What You'll Do:

  • Facilities Operations & Strategy: Coordinate the maintenance and appearance of all Chewy Hubs, ensuring facilities meet brand standards, safety protocols, and operational needs.
  • Vendor & Budget Management: Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships (general contractors, landscapers, security, etc.), drive cost-saving initiatives, and handle the Facilities G&A budget with monthly reviews.
  • Project & Capital Expense Oversight: Serve as the Facilities Project Owner for key capital and operational projects, working closely with Finance, Procurement, and Senior Leadership to forecast, prioritize, and approve expenses.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Supervise and develop a team of Office Managers, Coordinators, and Site Technicians, fostering a culture of accountability, career development, and operational excellence.
  • Process & Performance Improvement: Implement continuous improvement initiatives, conduct site assessments, and establish standard processes for efficiency, sustainability, and team member experience.
  • Senior Leadership Reporting: Present KPIs, financials, MBRs, and large project updates to senior executives in a clear, concise manner.
  • Safety & Compliance: Promote a zero-injury safety culture and uphold workplace compliance standards.
  • Corporate Mail Services: Coordinate and optimize internal and external mail operations across Chewy Hubs.


What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years of dynamic experience in corporate facilities or workplace management.
  • 3+ years of people management experience, including coordinating geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong expertise in multi-site facilities operations, vendor management, and budget oversight.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, Workday, iOffice, etc.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, capable of influencing partners and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to travel 15%-30% as needed.


Physical Requirements:

  • Have the capacity to lift and carry objects, equipment, or supplies, which can range from light items (less than 10 pounds) to heavier items (up to 50 pounds or more)
  • The ability to move around the facility, including walking, events, standing, and possibly climbing stairs or ladders for excessive amount of time
  • Will have ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch for tasks like inspecting equipment, performing, and accessing low storage areas etc.
  • Standing and sitting, for extended periods during inspections or maintenance tasks, as well as sit for desk work and administrative duties
