Join our team as a Risk Monitoring Associate and leverage your analytical skills to safeguard our global operations. In this role, you will be pivotal in analyzing trends and developing strategies to minimize financial losses while ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Your efforts will ensure the integrity of player activities within our online Sportsbook, maintaining strict adherence to industry regulations and contributing to a secure transaction environment.
What you'll do as a Risk Operations Monitoring Associate

• Run fraud alert reviews and daily transaction reporting as well as FIU escalations and SIFT reporting.
• Monitor all player activity for our online Sportsbook product.
• Ensure strict adherence to anti-money laundering regulations and uphold best practices mandated by the credit card payment industry.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to obtain necessary player documents, resolve disputes, and address billing inquiries promptly and effectively.

What you'll bring

• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Self-motivation, strong analytical skills, and an interest in investigating potentially fraudulent behavior.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to become licensed in multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience with SQL is preferred, but not required.

The US hourly rate for this full-time position is $19.62- $29.42, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
