Position Overview:
Quickbase is looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDR) as we continue to build our team in Boston. You will identify and qualify outbound opportunities. You will be on the phones talking with prospects and have a desire to compete and win. The SDR will be the first contact for Quickbase prospects and customers on their journey of digital transformation. Successful SDRs will possess a demonstrated ability to develop strong business relationships and work. We offer growth and visibility across the entire organization.
***Boston based role - 3 days in the office/2 days from home***
Responsibilities:
- You will identify top quality opportunities for our sales team through discovery and qualification of outbound and inbound leads
- You will effectively deliver Quickbase value proposition to new prospects and existing customers
- You will consistently reach daily goals of calls and emails per day
- You will source new leads through creative outbound methods
- You will achieve daily, weekly and monthly pipeline goals
- You will create weekly call plans outlining how you will have success with your account team
- You will identify sales opportunities and engage with prospects
Qualifications:
- Eager to learn and grow your career in software
Bonus Points if you have:
- 1+ Years of sales or other relevant experience
- Familiarity with Sales Engagement tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, Salesforce)
- Familiarity with Sales Prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, Lusha)
- Understanding of sales process such as Force Management or MEDDPICC
