Job Description

Informa TechTarget is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our Enterprise Sales organization. In this key role, you’ll provide essential pre-sales support, collaborating with multiple departments to drive successful sales initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a strong sales support mindset.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of TechTarget’s products and pricing by working closely with various departments.
  • Request campaign inventory and collaborate with internal teams to get program parameters in place to set forth client recommendations
  • Create compelling proposals in response to client RFPs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
    • Price out all proposal components, develop PowerPoint presentations, and format details into agency templates (Excel).
    • Draft Statements of Work (SOWs) and approve Insertion Orders (IOs), Purchase Orders (POs), and sales contracts.
  • Ensure programs and proposals are updated in forecasting software
  • Oversee and approve Insertion Orders, ensuring proper circulation to relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to manage contract bookings, revenue allocation, and incentive tracking.
  • Act as the primary support for Enterprise Account Managers, responding swiftly to needs and aiding in business achieved

Qualifications

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven environment.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • A flexible, team-oriented approach with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support, account management, or a related field.
  • The pay range for this position is $55,000 - $60,000 depending on experience
