The Strategic Finance team serves as a trusted advisor to the company, informing strategic, financial, and operational decision-making by providing data-driven insights and thought partnership. We’re seeking a Senior Associate of Strategic Finance to partner with G&A leaders to drive initiatives including business planning, corporate strategy, and strategic projects. This is a high-impact role that will offer substantial senior leadership exposure and the opportunity to drive long-term shareholder value in a hyper-growth environment at scale.
About this roll* (Responsibilities)
- Be a finance business partner to multiple G&A organizations and drive strategic decision-making in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
- Prepare management reporting and analysis for business partners including monthly/quarterly financial results and forecast, annual planning budget cycle, headcount and operating metric summaries, and long-range planning projections
- Support the budgeting and forecasting for Finance, Legal & Compliance, and Executive orgs in addition to owning G&A-wide strategic projects including G&A efficiency planning, benchmarking, and shared services strategy
- Influence decisions by understanding the big picture combined with providing underlying financial analysis
- Analyze variances between actuals, forecast, and plan - use insights to iterate on forecasts and build/discuss potential action plans with cross-functional partners
- Assist in any ad-hoc analyses and deep dives into strategic issues to improve the collective understanding of risks and opportunities related to the business
- Build sophisticated financial models and synthesize outputs into concise presentations to drive executive decision making processes
- Continuously look at opportunities to optimize processes and models to provide more timely and relevant insights across our Corporate and G&A landscape
Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of strategic finance, operational finance, or FP&A experience at a high-growth tech company
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, high attention to details, collaborative and comfort in working in a matrix organization
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth and evolving environment
- Effective project management skills; highly organized, independent, and self-motivated

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.
Pay Range
$102,000—$163,000 USD
