You will also act as a mentor for your team, helping  members to grow from both a technical and career perspective.

What you will do:

  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of iOS and Android Engineers to foster a culture of high performance.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering and other Business partners to scope and implement new technical initiatives, streamline processes, automate tasks, and educate employees on effective technology usage.
  • Manage the daily activities of iOS and Android Engineers delivering critical features and enhancements for Compass’s product and business growth.
  • Provide leadership and direction to complete team tasks, resolve issues, and meet project milestones. The Company's success is your success.
  • Develop and implement efficient team operation processes across Agile, Release Management, Production Support, and Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Define a clear vision for the short- and long-term technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business and team goals.
  • Collaborate with Product and other external partners in Yearly and Quarterly planning exercises to define the roadmap of your team, in a way that maximizes impact on the business.
