The Senior Financial Analyst (Revenue) role focuses on analyzing key revenue metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting decision-making at all organizational levels to achieve our ambitious business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance new financial applications that will unlock transformation features and capabilities for the Financial Planning & Analysis team.

This is a remote position; however you will be required to be onsite at our Frisco, TX office occasionally. We will only consider candidates who are a commutable distance to Frisco or Dallas and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.

About the role:
•    Lead Forecasting Initiatives: Design, refine, and maintain robust forecasting models to predict revenue performance accurately
•    Drive Insights: Own revenue-related reporting and analytics, ensuring data accuracy and delivering actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and uncover growth opportunities
•    Optimize Processes: Analyze, design, and implement workflows that improve process and maximize the value-adding features and capabilities from new financial applications
•    Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting areas of improvement and success
•    Trusted Advisor to Senior Management: Serve as reliable and insightful advisor to senior leadership by providing data-driven recommendations and strategic insights. Support decision-making processes with thorough financial analysis and scenario planning
•    Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments to resolve complex business challenges and develop innovative solutions
 
About you: 
•    At least 5 years (we’d love more!) of financial analysis experience, preferably with exposure to various financial platforms
•    BA/BS/BBA degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar quantitative field preferred
•    Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles specific to the software industry
•    Experience in Revenue forecasting, variance analysis & working with large datasets
•    Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences
•    Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making, process improvement, and operational support
•    Ability to be efficient and work independently while also being able to collaborate effectively in a group setting, organize and manage multiple assignments and deadlines
•    Detail oriented, resilient, and able to work with ambiguous information meeting critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment
•    Enjoy process improvement projects in a changing environment
•    Able to work with ambiguity
