As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for leading the graphic design process, creating innovative and trend-setting visual elements that enhance the NOBULL identity and resonate with our target audience. You will collaborate closely with the design teams, product developers, merchandising, and marketing to ensure our product collections are not only technically superior but visually captivating.

 

A portfolio is required during the application for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with design leadership on creative direction for graphic design projects, ensuring alignment with the overall design vision and brand identity.
  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of graphic elements for footwear and apparel collections, including placed graphics, all-over prints, logos, and labeling.
  • Stay informed on the industry landscape related to graphic design, color, and print techniques and applications relevant to the sportswear industry.
  • Translate relevant research into compelling graphic concepts that resonate with our target consumers.
  • Collaborate with the footwear and apparel design team to integrate graphic elements that fit each franchise’s identity.
  • Work closely with merchandising, product development, and marketing to ensure graphic designs align with overall brand strategy and vision.
  • Utilize design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) to create detailed and production-ready graphic designs.
  • Work closely with product development teams to ensure graphic elements are feasible for production without compromising quality.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of graphic designs to ensure they meet quality standards, are on-brand, and align with the intended NOBULL aesthetic.
  • Collaborate effectively with other designers and contribute to a positive and creative team culture.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Graphic design.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer in the sportswear or apparel industry.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of production processes and technical considerations in sportswear graphic design.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Organized and attentive to detail.
  • Takes ownership of work and output.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • High energy and a can-do attitude, with the ability to anticipate needs.
  • Resourceful and Proactive.
  • Team Player that brings positive energy to the team.
  • Passion for Sport and Culture.
