Position Summary

Preference given to candidates residing in MI, NY or MN

Lead a team of approximately 20 staff members, consisting of multiple job codes, focused on financial, procedural, and technical quality of an operations team/functional area. Position may involve managing lower-level managers. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate across Quality Management to ensure operational and department performance requirements are met, to include cross training of staff within and across teams.
  • Inventory and production management; workload management and distribution
  • Developing and executing training plans; implementing strategic and tactical plans
  • Training, coaching, and mentoring direct reports and junior leaders
  • Assessing performance against standards and KPIs; providing performance feedback
  • Participating on or leading Enterprise level initiatives and working groups
  • Sales, Marketing and Client Services collaboration
  • Cross departmental collaboration and support
  • Partner across business functions to proactively resolve issues
  • Team and department level performance optimization
  • Understands intent/end state and operates with minimal guidance to meet that intent/end state.
  • A team player capable of operating independently when needed.
  • Provides accurate and timely results.
  • Doesn’t assume, knows; anticipates the next question.
  • Understands the concept of touch points.
  • Delegates and follows up as needed.
  • Ensures the staff knows the standards, trains to the standards, enforces the standards.
  • Resilient - able to withstand or recover quickly from difficult situations.  

Required Qualifications
•    Minimum 3+ years leadership experience 
•    Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with strict deadlines
•    Experience with conflict resolution
Preferred Qualifications
•    5-10 years leadership experience
•    Familiar with the DG claims/benefit system
•    Working knowledge of Salesforce  
Education

•    Bachelor’s or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$67,900.00 - $199,144.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
