This Role Contribute to the Company Mission By:

Driving customer success and revenue growth by developing and driving execution of multi-channel media plans and fostering long-term client partnerships.  

Essential Job Functions “What You’ll Do”:

  • Develop and implement data-driven digital media plans aligned with marketing objectives that incorporate display, video (OLV), CTV, and native advertising.
  • Work with clients to develop digital media plans primarily in the programmatic landscape and facilitate campaign launch, customer reporting, and optimizations to drive customer success.
  • Utilize intent data, audience segmentation, and firmographics to refine targeting strategies.
  • Analyze and provide in-depth reporting on performance trends and adjust media strategy based on data insights to customer stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer management.
  • Manage customer relationships and growth as the primary point of contact as a subject matter expert for media.
  • Lead regular client meetings for insights, recommendations, and performance updates.
  • Understand customer business needs and proactively identify opportunities to expand customer investment.
  • Ongoing collaboration with internal teams to drive customer growth and new business with emphasis on the Sales and CS teams. 
  • Critical thinking to drive client discovery to attain strong knowledge of customers’ goals and needs to execute against a success plan using minimal management oversight to drive customer success.
  • Takes ownership in managing escalations internally/externally and follows through to resolution independently.
  • Has a clear understanding of the difference between critical, urgent, and important tasks.
  • Excels at the ability to commit to tasks, schedules, and follow up with teammates, manager, and customers.

Essential Qualifications “What You’ll Need”:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or business, preferred.
  • 2-3 years of media planning with strong customer-facing experience.
  • Wide and deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape with the ability to recommend appropriate tactics to generate acquisition and revenue growth through programmatic media, paid search and paid social media.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the agency setting.
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to listen and work well with others at all levels of the organization while thoroughly understanding the needs through consultation with those supported.
  • Formulates opinions, compares options, considers budget limitations, and provides strong recommendations with supportive rationale.
  • Communicates effectively in both a verbal and written manner.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills with demonstrated ability to organize and multitask while adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop business materials, slide decks, and working Excel docs with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated skill in measuring and analyzing campaign performance to ensure effectiveness.
  • Ability to work toward goals, meet deadlines, and contribute positively to the team environment.
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office products, Slack, campaign measurement tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, IAS, and SimilarWeb.
  • Works well in a remote setting.

Nice To Have:

  • AdTech ecosystem and/or programmatic industry experience.
  • Comfort with online advertising metrics and KPIs.
  • Google Tag Manager experience.
  • Collaboration with AdOps to oversee programmatic campaigns within The Trade Desk to maximize ROI and media effectiveness.
  • 3-years programmatic and inventory placement with experience working with 3rd party bidding tools, demand site platforms (DSPs), supply-side platforms (SSPs), real-time bidding (RTB), Ad Verification and Ad Servers.

We are committed to pay equity and transparency in our compensation practices. Salary ranges and additional compensation, including bonuses and incentive pay, are determined through a comprehensive review process.

Base pay offered will be determined on a number of factors including, job-related skills, experience, relevant education, and location. Our benefit information can be provided upon request.

The US base salary pay range for this position is

$70,000$80,000 USD
