About the role

As a Senior Product Designer focused on Growth at Facet, you’ll play a critical role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and conversion. You'll be responsible for designing and optimizing user journeys across various touchpoints, including landing pages, conversion funnels, referral programs, and e-commerce experiences. Daily, you’ll sit with your Product and Engineering peers, but you'll collaborate closely with the growth marketing team to create high-impact designs that drive key metrics. This role reports to the Head of Product Design.

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize user flows and experiences for conversion and lead generation funnels, landing pages, referral programs, and e-commerce flows.
  • Design and A/B test high-converting landing pages and user interfaces for growth marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the growth marketing team to develop and execute design strategies that drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Design and implement upsell and cross-sell experiences within the Facet app.
  • Contribute to the design of the marketing website and growth marketing ads as needed.
  • Conduct user research and A/B testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Present design work to stakeholders, clearly articulating design rationale, in various settings, including daily design team reviews, ad hoc reviews with product and engineering, and weekly executive reviews.
  • Work with a high degree of autonomy, taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies in growth marketing.
Requirements
  • Online portfolio REQUIRED for consideration.
  • 7+ years of experience (including freelancing) as a Product Designer with a focus on growth, marketing, or conversion optimization, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have experience designing for direct-to-consumer products - SaaS or e-commerce experience is required.
  • Experience in Fintech or adjacent industry is preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience building and maintaining design systems, including the use of design tokens.
  • Proficiency with a major design framework (e.g., Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind); MUI preferred.
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and best practices.
  • Experience designing and A/B testing landing pages, user interfaces, and marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrable experience creating user-centered designs and the ability to convey UX principles to non-designers.
  • Experience with Figma, After Effects, Illustrator - creating Lottie animations is a plus.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional product squad/pod environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
