THE ROLE: Short Term Assistant Boutique Producer
We are looking for a candidate to join our Boutique Production team. The Short Term Assistant Boutique Producer ensures sales on Rue La La and Gilt are appealing and shoppable. This Associate works to create a cohesive look and feel within each Boutique. You’ll be responsible for uploading and sequencing merchandise, liaison with the Studio team, and reporting on Boutique performance.

**This role is a 3 month contract to start**
What you’ll do…
- Maintain the look and feel of boutiques by upholding RGG Brand standards
- Communicate with Merchant team on sample and vendor asset timelines
- Track the status of graphics, images, and copy to ensure timelines are met
- Make recommendations and raise concerns concerning new boutiques to cross-functional partners.
- Act as the liaison between internal teams regarding boutique updates.
- Develop and publish reports that communicate merchandise assortment, identity, and messaging of your boutiques.
- Partner with our Studio team to ensure merchandise is photographed prior to Boutique launch
- Distribute links to internal partners to review Boutiques prior to launch

- Passionate about Merchandising, e-commerce, and all things fashion!
- 0-2 years’ experience: internships and co-ops are welcome
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel); comfortable with tools in an online environment
- An effective communicator and loves to collaborate with others
- Someone who loves a challenge and won’t back down
- Looking to be mentored by senior associates
Base Rate: $21.00/hour

Our goal is to support, reward and compensate the entire individual. Depending on role eligibility, your offer may also include bonus/commission, stock options, 401(k) participation, paid time off, medical, dental, vision and basic life insurance. Therefore, final offer amounts may vary from the amount stated.
