Sr. Director of Product Management – Commerce Cloud Agentforce & Search

The future of e-Commerce is fundamentally changing. The Generative AI and Agentic revolution unlocks intelligent AI agents that create delightful, fluid shopping experiences that help brands differentiate and win. We’re looking for an outstanding product leader to help drive the evolution of Agentforce AI specifically for Salesforce’s Commerce  Cloud.  This leader will shape the future of how customers discover, interact with, and purchase products in an AI-native commerce experience.

This role is responsible for building intelligent, intuitive, and scalable commerce solutions—leveraging LLMs, vector search, and intelligent agents to revolutionize discovery and shopping behavior. You will set the product vision, drive execution, and inspire teams across product, engineering, design, and go-to-market. We need someone who is comfortable operating at the strategic and execution levels—someone who can define the big picture while sweating the details that make great products feel magical. If you thrive at the intersection of AI, commerce, and user experience, this is your opportunity to lead something transformative.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll lead Commerce Cloud’s product vision and roadmap for Agentforce and Search—two cornerstone experiences of our Cloud. You’ll define how users discover products through conversational, contextual, and personalized flows, and shape the intelligent agent layer that acts as a co-pilot for shoppers throughout their journey.

This role requires close partnership with engineering and AI/ML teams to integrate large language models, vector search infrastructure, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) into our product experience. You’ll drive discovery processes grounded in real customer needs and iterate quickly to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions. As a cross-functional leader, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across design, marketing, customer success, and analytics to ensure product-market fit, customer adoption, and long-term platform success. You'll be expected to define key KPIs, guide prioritization, and ensure execution stays aligned with broader business goals.

Externally, you’ll engage with customers and partners to understand emerging trends and gather insights. Internally, you’ll mentor and grow a world-class team of product managers while maintaining a strong product culture rooted in user empathy, technical curiosity, and outcome-driven thinking.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years in product management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role

  • Experience owning product strategy and delivery for search, discovery, or AI-driven experiences

  • Strong understanding of LLMs, vector search, semantic embeddings, and AI product architecture

  • Background working on consumer or e-commerce products at scale

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering, AI/ML, and cross-functional teams

  • Clear and compelling communicator with executive presence and storytelling ability

  • Track record of delivering and launching “0→1” products and scaling them successfully

Desired Qualifications

  • E-commerce domain experience, especially in product discovery or merchandising

  • Design and UX orientation with an ability to envision compelling, modern experiences.

  • Familiarity with agent-based frameworks, RAG pipelines, or chatbot interfaces

  • Previous work in high-growth, innovation-focused environments

  • Technical degree or MBA is a plus
