Sr. Director of Product Marketing & Enablement

Iron Mountain’s Digital Business Unit is a leading provider of innovative digital solutions in the financial services, energy, healthcare, and government market segments. We’re looking for a Sr. Director of Product Marketing & Enablement who will lead and execute market strategies, drive product positioning, and empower our sales teams. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of B2B technology markets, strong storytelling skills, and a passion for enabling sellers and partners with compelling content, tools, and training. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and our corporate Sales Enablement teams to drive revenue growth and market adoption of our solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation for our products and solutions.  This role will be our primary liaison to Iron Mountain’s corporate marketing team to ensure our Digital business unit products are well represented
  • Competitive & Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and voice-of-customer insights to inform product positioning and enablement strategies.
  • Product Launch Campaigns: Drive the strategy and execution of product launch campaigns, working closely with demand generation, corporate marketing, and product teams.
  • Product Enablement Strategy: Build and scale our Product Enablement function that equips sales with the knowledge, tools, and resources to understand our full Digital product suite. This role operates in deep partnership with our Sales Enablement organization that is responsible for sales methodologies and techniques.
  • Sales Playbooks & Content Development: Create and refine sales playbooks, presentations, and customer-facing content to align with the buyer’s journey and market trends.
  • Training & Certification Programs: Design and implement training programs that improve the product understanding and effectiveness of our sales and solution architecture teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Management, Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement and Marketing to align on priorities and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Metrics & Optimization: Define and track key enablement and product marketing KPIs, continuously optimizing strategies for impact and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or related roles in B2B technology, SaaS, or cloud industries.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving marketing and enablement success.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions, including direct, partner-led, and digital sales models.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technology into compelling value propositions.
  • Experience developing enablement programs, sales content, and competitive intelligence frameworks.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring the impact of marketing and enablement programs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
