The Senior Manager, Inside Sales leads and develops the Digital Inside Sales Consultant team to execute Milady’s digital‑first growth strategy. This role ensures consistent, high‑quality consultative sales execution that drives print‑to‑digital conversion, adoption, retention, and expansion across Milady’s customer base. Accountable for day‑to‑day performance and development, the Senior Manager sets priorities, reinforces standard sales workflows, and coaches the team to engage schools as digital transformation partners.

Partnering closely with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Enablement, and Customer Success, this role uses data and CRM insights to strengthen pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and scalable execution turning strategy into results and supporting long‑term growth.

What you'll do here:

  • Lead Digital Inside Sales Consultant teams to complete onboarding, adoption, and renewal strategies.

  • Set priorities and drive execution aligned with Milady’s digital-first strategy.

  • Provide guidance and professional development to build consultative success expertise.

  • Monitor adoption health, renewal pipelines, and expansion opportunities across all tiers.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operation, and Enablement to ensure seamless execution and data integrity.

  • Drive accountability for Salesforce hygiene and target benchmarks within the team.

  • Find opportunities for process improvement and scalability.

Skills you will need here:

  • Senior-level professional with 7+ years in customer success leadership or educational technology.

  • Proven track record to lead teams, manage sophisticated adoption initiatives, and deliver measurable retention outcomes.

  • Strong skills in planning ahead, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and making decisions based on data analysis.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.  Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
