The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst will serve as a strategic business partner supporting business strategy, performance and operational execution for our Sales teams. They will work closely and collaboratively with leadership supporting the operating rhythm, proactively monitor performance and provide recommendations to ensure the business is meeting its objectives. Reporting to the Manager of Sales Operations, this role will support the development of key business processes and act as a conduit to the field to ensure understanding and adherence. This role will be key in change management, ensuring new processes and tools are adopted through effective collaboration, communication, and performance tracking.

Core Responsibilities: 

 

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team; provide proactive insights, identify opportunities to improve performance, and offer actionable recommendations. 

  • Support the end-to-end Sales process and improve efficiency and quality across the Sales teams. 

  • Lead meetings and reviews, including forecasts and operational updates. 

  • Drive and provide insights for weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting; attend meetings and act as a proxy if needed. 

  • Monitor performance indicators with Sales leadership, linking activities and insights across teams. 

  • Create and present reports on sales performance and trends to support decision making. 

  • Collaborate with leadership on business planning and strategy. 

  • Communicate and promote operational processes and enablement programs. 

  • Work with GTM operational teams to align goals and reduce silos. 

 

 

Experience & Skills: 

 

  • BS/BA in a related field 

  • At least 5 years prior experience in a Sales Operations role 

  • Deep understanding of Sales processes and systems (e.g., sales cycles, account management, opportunity management). 

  • Proven experience working effectively with management and sales teams at all levels. 

  • Proactive work ethic required to manage high level objectives, identify room for improvement, develop and execute plans. 

  • Ability to analyze information and present insights clearly. 

  • Self-starter who can multitask, work independently, and prioritize effectively. 

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools. 

  • Experience with Salesforce.com and other sales productivity tools.
