The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services Applications organization:
Enterprise Services Applications Performance Reporting Optimization (ES Apps - PRO) is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our team. The intern will support efforts to drive service delivery improvements through reporting optimization engagements, service level data analysis, and the presentation of PRO service areas performance via data dashboards, scorecards, and leadership reports.
What You Will Do
- Assist in creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and queries using MS Excel, MS Teams and PowerBI.
- Support the creation and upkeep of documentation related to service delivery reporting including roadmaps, strategy artifacts, financial results and Risk and Opportunity tracking.
- Collaborate with all four PRO service area teams to ensure consistent and accurate documentation of development or modification requirements for dashboards.
- Work with performers and stakeholders to provide BU Program Area employees with insight to the financial position of the programs.
- Complete CORE Operating System Apprentice training and lead at least one CORE engagement
- Complete Earned Value Management certification in order to manage related metrics and data analysis
- Significant focus will be placed on special projects such as headcount and metric analysis
Qualifications You Must Have
- Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field and must not graduate before August 2025. Please submit a copy of your academic transcripts with your application.

- Basic familiarity with process optimization, documentation management and project management.
- Basic knowledge of Business/Finance concepts with excellent MS Excel skills

- Ability to clearly convey financial information to non-Finance stakeholders.

Location: This position is remote.

Remote: This position is currently designated as remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
