About the Opportunity

As a UX Research Consultant at WEVO, you’ll analyze a mix of qualitative and quantitative data to deliver high-quality insights. This flexible role lets you apply your research skills working closely with clients to design their research and directly impact their customer experience strategies.

What You'll do 

  • Data Cleaning: Conducting quality checks on data to ensure it meets established standards and is suitable for analysis.
  • Derive Insights: Analyze quantitative, qualitative data, and demographic/firmographic data, applying your research experience to connect data points, offering nuanced insights and actionable findings for our customers to address their study goals.
  • Customer Training & Enablement: Work directly with clients to understand their research needs, guide them through study design consultations, and teach them how to effectively use the product to drive the most value from their study.
  • Communication: Use your strong written communication skills to effectively convey the story behind the data, ensuring insights are accessible and impactful.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Previous experience in UX research or related fields, with a strong track record in customer-facing roles, engaging directly with clients to understand their needs and goals.
  • Client Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills, adept at explaining research results in an accessible way.
  • Research Expertise: Strong working knowledge of consumer experience research, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, as well as research methodologies, with a track record of generating insights from diverse data types.
  • Clear and Compelling Writing: Demonstrated ability to produce clear, concise, and compelling research reports and content.
  • Data Synthesis: Skilled in integrating and synthesizing data from multiple sources and in the ability to derive common themes, in order to draw comprehensive insights.
  • Independent and Self-Motivated: Proactive and self-directed, capable of identifying needs and taking initiative without extensive oversight.
