Key Responsibilities
- Successfully implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the defined territory of Massachusetts.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Work together with the Global Director of Business Development, Biologics Drug Substance, to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Generate and qualify leads to determine potential business opportunities.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support, ensuring client happiness.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our proven solutions and capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the Biologics or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the territory as needed.
