Sr Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities

  • Successfully implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the defined territory of Massachusetts.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Work together with the Global Director of Business Development, Biologics Drug Substance, to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Generate and qualify leads to determine potential business opportunities.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support, ensuring client happiness.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our proven solutions and capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the Biologics or Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory as needed.
